Products are manufactured using durable, table-safe materials selected for consistent quality and reliable production. Most items use high-quality PLA or PETG with matte or satin finishes that hold up to regular handling. Material specifics are listed on each individual product page.

Wipe surfaces clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can affect color over time. Do not submerge products in water or clean with solvents. Most items are designed to be table-ready and require no special maintenance between sessions.

Standard in-stock items typically ship within 2–4 business days. Custom orders require additional time for proof review and production — generally 5–10 business days after proof approval. Shipping times depend on your location and selected service. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout.

Available customization options include text (such as a game name, house name, or player name), color combination, number or position, simple logo placement using customer-provided files, and selection from standardized sizes. Standard products are available in a core range that includes black, white or ivory, dark green, gray, and burgundy, with brass-toned accent options on select items. Custom orders can use any available color combination. The current color selection for each product is listed on its product page.

Yes. Felt Foundry accessories are designed with all three formats in mind. Products such as game plaques and structure indicators work across cash games, dealer's-choice rotations, and structured tournament play. Product descriptions specify which formats each item is intended for.

Replacement components are available for select products where it is practical to offer them. If you need a replacement part for an existing order, contact us at hello@feltfoundry.shop with your order information and we will advise on availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any name, image, or logo supplied for a custom order. By submitting artwork or a specific name for production, you confirm that you have permission to use that content. Felt Foundry does not produce items using casino trademarks, poker-room logos, tournament-series branding, sports-team marks, or any third-party intellectual property without clear authorization. Orders involving content we cannot confirm will be declined.

All orders are placed through the Felt Foundry Etsy shop. For custom orders, contact hello@feltfoundry.shop first to discuss your requirements and receive a proof before purchasing. Standard products can be ordered directly through the shop listing.

Custom orders are not available for rush production. If your game or event has a fixed date, reach out before ordering to confirm whether the timeline is workable. Production timelines depend on current order volume and proof-approval turnaround. We will not confirm a ship date we cannot meet.
