Game name, player name, house name, or other short text.

Choose from available material colors for body and lettering.

Number or Position

Seat numbers, blind levels, or positional labels.

Simple Logo Placement

Customer-provided artwork placed at a fixed position.

How It Works

The process, step by step.

    Submit Your Request

    Email hello@feltfoundry.shop with the product you want, your text or customization details, your preferred color combination, and any artwork files. Include dimensions or sizing preferences if applicable.

  2. 02

    Proof Approval

    We send a digital proof showing your customization as it will be produced. Review it carefully. Production begins only after you respond with written approval. This step exists to catch errors before they become finished products.

  3. 03

    Production

    Your order enters the production queue after proof approval. Custom orders typically require 5–10 business days depending on complexity and current volume. We will confirm the expected timeline when production begins.

  4. 04

    Shipping

    Completed orders ship via tracked mail. Orders are processed through the Felt Foundry Etsy shop. You will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

Structured customization only

Custom orders use the options listed above. Unrestricted design work — full layout redesigns, structural modifications, or bespoke product engineering — is not offered as a standard service. If your project falls outside those options, contact us to discuss whether it is feasible before placing an order.

One revision included

Each custom order includes one round of revisions to the proof. Additional revision requests submitted after the first proof may extend the production timeline. Review the proof thoroughly before approving.

Customer responsibility for supplied content

Customers who supply a name, image, or logo for a custom order confirm that they have the right to use that content. Felt Foundry does not independently verify intellectual-property ownership, and we reserve the right to decline orders involving branding we cannot reasonably confirm is the customer's to use. Production timeline

Custom orders are not available for rush production. If your event has a fixed date, contact us in advance to confirm whether the timeline is workable. We will not confirm a delivery date we cannot meet.
